After years working as a veterinary technician and noticing how much anxiety pets experienced in cold, clinical environments, Lena decided to create something entirely different — a place where pets felt safe, stimulated, and loved every single day.
What started as a one-woman dog-walking operation out of South Austin has grown into a full-service pet care studio with a team of seven certified specialists. Lead groomer Marco Reyes joined in 2019, bringing over a decade of grooming expertise, and trainer Priya Nair came aboard in 2021 with her positive-reinforcement certification that has transformed even the most anxious pups into confident, happy animals.
